Hassle Free Cycling                   

Our aim is to make your cycling holiday as relaxing and stress free as possible. Before, during and after the tour, Pedal Britain has thought of everything so you don't have to. We start our communications from the point you sign up, so that by time you arrive on tour you have all the information required.

 Fully Supported Tours

The Pedal Britain Van is never far away to provide any assistance you need, be it mechanical, first aid, a top up on food and drink or just a morale boosting chat. We call it our magic van, as just when you're thinking where is the van?, it appears on the horizon.

 Bike Transfer Service 

If you can drop & collect your bike to Pedal Britain HQ, we'll take it and bring back from the tour for FREE. Or for a fee of just £65 each way we'll collect from an address you choose and get your bike to the start point, then drop it back again in the week after.

 Daily Luggage Transfer

For the duration of the tour all of your luggage will be carried between accommodation by the Pedal Britain support van. Luxury, we'll even put it in your room for you (where we can)!! Also keep a day bag on the support van, easily accessible at brew stops and lunch or if van passing.

All Accommodation Pre-Booked

All of our accommodation is of good standard and provide substantial breakfasts. Usually they are a great mix of cyclist friendly Hotels or B&B's. Where possible we stay together as a group. Most of the time no check in required, just collect the key from your guide and rest for the next day.

Includes Lunch and Refreshments

Usually on a tour we'll provide lunch in either pubs and cafes, occasionally (weather permitting) we'll have a picnic in scenic spots. This is supplemented by endless snacks and drinks from the support vehicle in the form of our famous brew stops, held at strategic points along the way. 

Pedal Britain Tour App & Route Notes

So that you can enjoy cycling at a pace that suits you, we provide very detailed turn by turn paper route notes. In addition we make route files available to download via our tour app in all formats. This same app can transform your Smart Phone into a turn by turn navigation device for FREE.

Excellent Support Services

Once booked or in some cases before, we'll provide access to the range of information and services that we believe will help you arrive well prepared for your holiday. Our aim is to make sure you enjoy not endure your cycling holiday, which is why we start our journey with you from before you even sign up.

'Kick Start' Chat

We recognise that a multi-day tour is a big undertaking, and that you'll have many concerns such as training or questions about logistics. So we offer a 1 to 1 chat to identify what your support needs are, put a plan in place and answer any questions you have.

Training Support Resources

In addition to our 'Kick Start' chat, Pedal Britain has written a 'Training Plan Blog' which provides hints and tips, plus an adaptable guide to answer the question "How many miles should I be doing?". For those that want bespoke advice we also have 3 Coaching Packages to choose from.

Facebook Tour Community 

We invite you and others on your specific tour to join a closed Facebook Group so you can get to know each other, discuss training, share the trip experiences or just gossip!! For those travelling alone it is a great way to break the ice before meeting face to face.

Cotswolds Training Weekend

Meet the Pedal Britain team, other people doing tours this year and be introduced to our famous Brew Stops. Scheduled for March we'll have 2 rides around the stunning Cotswolds countryside designed by local experts to test your ride readiness.

Pedal Britain put our customers first, it is that simple. Easy to say but our positive testimonials prove this is the case. Smaller Group Sizes

We like to have group sizes that are big enough to be social, but small enough for our guides to focus on individual needs. That means on most of our tours despite being able to sell many more seats we limit capacity to 18 people. 

Dedicated Tour Advisor

Preparing for a multi-day tour is challenge and we are here to support you from even before you sign up by answering any questions you may have. Then once signed up you'll have the same advisor to discuss any information you might need or further questions you have.

Expert Tour Guides

It is our staff that make 'The Pedal Britain Difference' which is why we only employ people with a 'can-do' attitude. Being great cyclists, mechanics and first aiders is a given for our guides, but we only employ people that believe the 'customer comes first'. 

Live Tracking App

Your safety is our No.1 priority. To help us see where you are at any given point, we use an App to track your position. Really useful if you get lost and for guides to see how far away you are. The same App can be used to enable friends and family to view your progress on a tour.
